During the visit to the winery and the traditional port cellar, you will learn about the family estate’s history, the vineyards, and how port and wine are made. After the tour we hold a tasting of 2 DOC wines and 2 Ports.

Should you wish, there is the option of adding on a private vineyard walk to Vale do Inferno, which has some of the highest dry-stone terrace walls in the Douro.
It will be followed by a tasting of the Family Collection of wines – some of our best - including Tim Grande Reserva white wine, Vale do Inferno red wine, Passagem Grande Reserva red wine, Tawny Port 20 years old, Vintage Port 2007 and Vintage Port 2017.
For your visit to Vale do Inferno please bring comfortable shoes, hat, and sun cream. We will provide you with a bottle of water.
We also offer a longer, more challenging walk up through our vineyards to Lamelas or Vedeal. Please contact us for more details.

One of our most popular options, you will visit the winery and the traditional port cellar, learning about the family estate’s history, the vineyards, and how port and wine is made. This is then followed by a tasting of the La Rosa White, Red and LBV wines over a fixed menu lunch consisting of an amuse bouche, main course and dessert.
